For safety and security reasons, the display case with some of Rod Serling's awards, his dictaphone, and a few other Serling-related items has been moved to the reading room of the Archives on the fifth floor of the library. You can see the case through the reading room windows, or you can request a scheduled time to visit inside the reading room.
